Dr. Westgate received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Houston. She also completed a PhD in neuroscience at UTHSC as well. Dr. Westgate completed her residency training at Baylor University in Houston.
