  • Superheroes Save the Day at Dell Children's

    Members of the Austin Police Department recently held Superhero Day at Dell Children's, arriving via helicopter, dressing up as superhero characters and rappeling down the hospital building. Patients, families and hospital staff are still talking about the fun.

    Recently, the Austin American-Statesman profiled Ed Kelley, a 97-year-old World War II veteran still dedicated to serving. He volunteers every Thursday at two Seton hospitals, Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas in the morning and University Medical Center Brackenridge in the afternoon.
