Dell Children's Surgeon Played Dramatic Role in Oklahoma City Bombing 20 Years Ago
April 17, 2015Two decades ago, a truck transformed into a homemade bomb ripped apart the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. Dr. David Tuggle, now a Dell Children's pediatric surgeon, was operating at a nearby children's hospital -- and later found himself under the debris with a surgical colleague, amputating a woman's leg in order to save her life....
