Dr. Matthew Rogers earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Rogers pursued a fellowship in cardiology at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston where he was Chief Cardiology Fellow.
