Amanda Kimbrough LaViolette, MD

Bio

Amy LaViolette, MD, MPH, grew up in Austin and is glad to be home. She attended Austin College in Sherman, TX, then attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and then couldn't keep away from her hometown. She returned to Austin where she completed her residency in internal medicine. Dr. LaViolette stayed with the residency program to complete an additional year as chief resident.

When she's not working, you'll find Dr. LaViolette spending time with her husband, Dreux. She also enjoys travelling, watching movies and crocheting/knitting.
