John Andrew Abikhaled, MD

John Andrew Abikhaled, MD, FACS, practices general and laparoscopic surgery, as well as gastrointestinal, endocrine, and breast surgery. Areas of interest include surgery for heartburn, hernias, gallstones, thyroid and parathyroid disease, and breast and colon cancer. Dr. Abikhaled is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1992, and also completed his surgical residency at Baylor. Dr. Abikhaled is a member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Medical Association and the Travis County Medical Society. Leisure time for Dr. Abikhaled includes spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities and sports. Dr. Abikhaled's office is currently accepting new patients and his office hours are M - F, 8am - 5pm. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.
