Seton Medical Center Williamson/Seton Highland Lakes, Seton Northwest Hospital
Melanie Fox joined Seton in January 2007 as the Senior Director for Nursing at Seton Medical Center Williamson and helped to prepare and open Seton's first new hospital with an electronic medical record in all departments. Fox came from Memorial Hermann in Houston where she was the CNO of a 240 bed facility. Fox spent 29 years at Memorial Hermann in various education and leadership roles including ICU, ED, dialysis, telemetry and 5 years as the Director of Clinical Applications in information systems. In 2010 she became the CNO for the Northern Group to include SMCW, SNW and SHL.
