Charlotte Thrasher has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She has led Seton Medical Center Austin since October 2000. Prior to joining the Seton Family of Hospitals, she worked as chief operating officer in the Tenent Healthcare System. Before moving into healthcare administration, she practiced hospital pharmacy in St. Paul, Minn., Houston and San Antonio, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the Trinity University in San Antonio.
