SMCH Wellness and Rehabilitation Center (295114): Donations support construction and equipment for the new Wellness and Rehabilitation Center which will be located on the first floor of the medical office building adjacent to SMCH. The center will support cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients, as well as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The center will be open to ALL Seton associates and volunteers before and after rehab service hours.
Charity Care at SMCH (295110): Your donation helps pay healthcare costs at SMCH for people who cannot afford it and helps Seton further our mission to care for and improve the health of those we serve, with a special concern for the poor and vulnerable.
Seton Nurse Scholarship Endowment – SMCH (861002): Provides scholarships to Seton associates who work at SMCH to advance or pursue a career in nursing.
Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas Mosaic – $500 Tile Sponsor (146003): When a Seton associate donates $500 or more to this fund through Seton Cares, recognition will be given on an individual tile within a mosaic art piece at Dell Seton. Donations benefit construction and equipment for the new hospital. If you sponsor a tile, you will receive a recognition request email asking how you would like your name to appear on the mosaic tile you have sponsored. You must respond to that email with your preferred tile naming by Dec. 9, 2016, to appear in the mosaic.
Emergency Relief Endowment (402006): Provides the primary source of funding for the Emergency Relief Fund. The Emergency Relief Fund provides emergency financial assistance to patients or Seton associates in financial need. The annual associate giving campaign is the main source of donations to the endowment.
Medical Mission at Home – Hays/South Areas (282112): Donations fund supplies and related costs for the Ascension Texas Medical Mission at Home events hosted by Seton in Hays County and South areas. The Medical Mission at Home delivers free medical care, including health screenings, dental care, vision and hearing services, and foot washing, to those with limited access to health care and who are struggling in the communities we serve.
Medical Mission at Home – Williamson/North Areas (282111): Donations fund supplies and related costs for the Ascension Texas Medical Mission at Home events hosted by Seton in Williamson County and North areas. The Medical Mission at Home delivers free medical care, including health screenings, dental care, vision and hearing services, and foot washing, to those with limited access to health care and who are struggling in the communities we serve.
Nursing Fund for Professional Development, Scholarly Activities and Recognition (113406): The Nursing Fund provides financial support and advocacy for Seton’s nurses who are pursuing professional development and are engaged in scholarly activities. The Nursing Fund can also provide for recognition of Seton’s excellent nurses.
Seton Cove Special Programs and Projects (193202): Seton Cove offers people of all faiths the opportunity to nourish and foster their journey toward wholeness. Donations to Seton Cove provide support for special programs and projects.
Seton League House Special Projects, Programs & Supplies (181003): Supports special projects of Seton League House, such as renovations, repairs and furnishings. Seton League House provides a comfortable, safe and low-cost place to stay and serves as a home away from home for families of hospitalized patients, as well as patients who have early morning procedures.
