Seton Cares

You’re a Seton associate — a member of a special, talented group of people who understand what it means to truly care for people. It’s your mission — and it’s the mission of Seton Cares, too.

When you participate in Seton Cares, our annual associate giving campaign, you’re taking care of people in so many ways, including:

  • Providing clothes for a patient who needs them
  • Offering check-ups for children who visit our mobile Care-a-Vans
  • Helping coworkers pay for nursing school
  • Lending a helping hand to colleagues who’ve fallen on hard times

Your donation — of any size — makes a difference and moves our mission forward.

When Does Seton Cares Happen?

For FY17, Seton Cares takes place from Oct. 24 to Nov. 11, 2016.

You can make a donation at any time, day or night, and you can do it easily from any device.

We’ve optimized the Seton Cares website for a mobile experience, so making your payroll deduction pledge should be fast and easy whether you donate from your phone, your tablet or your computer — and you’ll be changing lives for the better while you do it!

NEW THIS YEAR: Free Seton Cares T-shirt

This year, if you donate at least $2 per pay period or $48 one time, you will be eligible to receive a free Seton Cares T-shirt while supplies last. We’ll have limited quantities on hand to check out at the events we host on site, so don’t delay in making your gift!

About the Seton Foundations

The Daughters of Charity established roots in Central Texas with the founding of the Seton Infirmary in 1902. Since then, the Daughters have partnered with the communities in which they serve to care for the poor and vulnerable and provide exceptional care to those in need.

With generous gifts from associates, community members and volunteers, the Seton Foundations raised more than $28 million last year to support Seton’s healthcare ministry across Central Texas. Funds raised every year support programs that benefit patients, families and associates across the Seton Healthcare Family, the largest nonprofit healthcare system in the region.

The Seton Foundations include The Seton Fund, Dell Children’s Medical Center Foundation, Seton Williamson Foundation and Seton Hays Foundation.
