My Clinical Focus

The first 10 years of my career consisted of academic medicine - clinical and laboratory research as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. My clinical area of expertise was invasive and interventional cardiology. In 1994, I chose a lifestyle change from the urban setting of Houston to my present ranch life. Although this required me to leave my laboratory research interest behind, I have focused on patient care, clinical research and general cardiology.
