Brenda Dawn Hinman McIlroy, DO, MPH, FACOG

Dr Hinman moved to Austin in 2014 after previously practicing in Oregon and Louisiana. In her free time, Dr. Hinman enjoys pilates, yoga, volleyball, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking with her husband, two dogs and twin boys, decorating, and traveling. She and her husband are foodies and enjoy local restaurants, watching football, and listening to music.

My Passion for Healthcare

I chose a career in medicine to have the opportunity to improve the lives of women. With my background in public health, nutrition, and preventive medicine, I am especially passionate about helping my patients make healthy choices in their daily lives. While I provide all levels of gynecologic and surgical care, I am particularly interested in minimally-invasive surgery, infertility, pediatric gynecology, and menopausal care.
