My Passion for Healthcare

I worked as a labor and delivery RN for over 9 years before I became a family nurse practitioner and during that time I realized that what I loved most about my job was the one-on-one personal interaction and relationship with my patients and their families. I was ready to take that next step in my career and I knew that becoming an FNP would allow me to continue to have that same special connection. Since I remained in this community, it is now such a blessing to know that I was present at the birth of some of my teenage patients and that many times I now care for their entire family.

Services I Provide

  1. Well Child Exams
  2. Sports Physicals
  3. Well Woman/Adult Exams
  4. Chronic Health Conditions
  5. Acute Health Problems
  6. Pessary Fitting & Maintenance
  7. Women's Health Issues

My Clinical Focus

I focus on the treatment of acute and chronic conditions throughout the lifespan and spend a large part of my day teaching about prevention of illness. I have a special place in my heart for my pediatric patients, teenagers and for women's health. I believe in partnering with my patients to develop their plan of care and rejoice with them when they achieve their goals. Ultimately, I see my job as a ministry and am blessed to be used by God to touch lives in a variety of ways as I treat the patient's physical, mental and spiritual health needs.
