As we close out this year, I look back and think of all the changes nurses have experienced. We saw old friends leave and new ones arrive. We remodeled our facilities and warmly welcomed new nursing leaders. During all these changes, your dedication to excellence, quality patient care and each other did not waver. You even earned the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Five Star Award and the Texas Medical Foundation Gold Star Quality Award. My heartfelt thanks to each of you for all you do. It is truly an honor to be part of your team.
Yours in service,
Apryl Haynes, MHA, BSN, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
