The Seton Healthcare Family takes care of you every step of the way – from diagnosis through treatment and wellness programs during and after treatment.
Patients in our lung health program work closely with a dedicated nurse navigator, a specialist in lung cancer care who serves to coordinate care, answer questions and provide support.
Pulmonary (Lung) Nodule Clinic
A lung nodule is an abnormal growth on the lung that may be cancerous. Any patient with a lung nodule discovered by their physician on CT imaging or chest X-ray can be referred to the Pulmonary Nodule Clinic. Patients will meet with our pulmonologists and/or a nurse practitioner with extensive knowledge of lung nodule management to discuss their images and care plan.
Cancer Care Collaborative
As an accredited cancer center, the Cancer Care Collaborative at Seton brings together the best practices in cancer care in multiple facilities in our network. Patients with complex cases may be referred to our multidisciplinary team of specialists for recommendations on the best care path.
Inpatient and Outpatient Care
The Seton network encompasses cancer care facilities in our hospitals and outpatient clinics, staffed by registered nurses who specialize in cancer treatment. You can rest assured that Seton is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, and several Seton hospitals are designated by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as Magnet hospitals, recognizing the highest level of nursing care.
