Our patient navigation services are organized by three different stages:

  • Screening and diagnostics – These navigators explain the different tests available and provide results as well as breast health education.
  • Treatment – Should a woman be diagnosed with breast cancer, she may be overwhelmed by uncertainty…not knowing where to go for the direction and support she now needs. Our center has specially trained nurse oncology treatment navigators on staff to support patients through their cancer journey.
  • Survivorship – These navigators educate women about maintaining health after treatment.

Navigators also provide patient education and facilitate access to resources such as physical therapy, social work, nutritional and spiritual consultations, and more.
