Guest Information

Registration

Reservations are made by phone during office hours. Check-in is available 24/7 and check out is by noon. Reservations automatically cancel at 5 p.m. if we do not hear from the guest. There is a maximum of four guests per hotel room (more than two guests will be an additional fee of $10 per person) and two rooms per family. Exceptions to these maximums are decided on a case by case basis. Note: Due to our communal setting we reserve the right to refuse guest check-ins.

Late Arriving Guests with a Reservation: If you will need to check in after office hours, Seton League House staff will pre-register you over the phone and place a room key and a copy of our policies in an envelope for you to pick up from the Security desk at Seton Medical Center Austin (SMCA) on the ground floor, South entrance. You are expected to stop by the front of the Seton League House to complete your registration the following morning. If one of the guests is outpatient, a late check-in is not permitted. Note: Due to our communal setting we reserve the right to refuse guest check-ins.

After Office Hours/Emergency without a Reservation:  Please call (512) 324-1000 and the Seton operator will direct you to our Security department. Security staff at SMCA will be able to retrieve a room key for you, and you will be expected to stop by the front desk at the Seton League House to complete your registration the following morning. If one of the guests is outpatient, a late check-in with Security is not permitted. Note: Due to our communal setting we reserve the right to refuse guest check-ins.

General Policies

To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay, there a few things to remember:

  • Seton League House is a non-smoking facility.
  • Recently released patients who would like to be guests at Seton League House must be accompanied by a caretaker and have a scheduled follow-up medical appointment or scheduled medical treatment and must check in by 7 p.m. There is no medical staff on site and no medical treatment may be performed on site.
  • At registration time each guest is issued access to the building and their room. For security purposes guests may leave the building at any time and with their staff-provided access badge enter at any time through the front door.
  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms and pets are not allowed.
