Seton Highland Lakes Admissions offers financial counselor assistance with current medical bills for services received here. Upon confirming eligibility, the financial counselor may refer you to various assistance programs/agencies in efforts to assist in meeting your needs. IPP – Initial Payment Program
IPP is a program for patients without insurance or those who do not qualify for other financial assistance/assistance programs and who are having outpatient procedures. Eligibility is based on Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines. More information may be obtained by speaking with a financial counselor at (512) 715-3360.
Seton Highland Lakes accepts insurance plans. All co-pays and co-insurances are due at the time of service. Seton Highland Lakes verifies the patient’s insurance prior to the procedure and informs him or her of estimated co-insurance and deductible amounts due. If patient’s insurance plan requires pre-certification or authorization, the patient’s referring physician is responsible for obtaining such authorization or pre-certification. Pre-certification or authorization must be in place prior to scheduling the procedure.
Out of Network services: For services where Seton Highland Lakes is as an out of network provider, Admissions may provide you with a list of other facilities that are in the network per your insurance. If a procedure is to be done here at Seton Highland Lakes and the facility has been identified as out of network, estimated payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, travelers check, and all major credit cards for payments.
