Board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty in pain medicine
Dr. Queralt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas and his medical degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. While in Dallas, he completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital and his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Queralt is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty in pain medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Queralt has been with the Spine and Rehabilitation Center in Austin, Texas since 1996. He currently serves as Director of Quality Assurance at the Spine and Rehabilitation Center. He has particular expertise in the diagnosis and non-surgical care of spinal disorders and other pain syndromes. He educates patients with spinal disorders and injuries about activities and exercises to help alleviate pain and discomfort. Dr. Queralt approaches the patient in a holistic manner, with the goal of decreasing pain and improving function.
Dr. Queralt is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Texas Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Society, and the International Spine Intervention Society.
