Acute Care specialty continuing education offerings are designed to enable nurses to provide high quality care for complex medical and surgical patients. Acute care offerings include a wide range of topics related to cardiovascular care, infectious disease, oncology, orthopedic care, hematology, diabetes, skin and wound care, hematology, gastroenterology, and hepatic/renal care.

The TNCC provider course is designed to provide core level knowledge and psychomotor skills associated with the delivery of professional nursing to the trauma patient. It is recommended that the RN participant have at least 6 months of clinical nursing experiences in an emergency care setting. The Emergency Nurses Association will award 17.65 Type I CECH for course completion.
Registration closes 30 days prior to the start of the class. No late registrations allowed.
Course materials will be sent out approximately 30 days prior to the class.
Lunch and parking will be provided. For classes held at the CEC.
