External Applicants

You have access to your Personal Applicant Home page within the Career Tools tab on our online application system. This allows you to view application status for each job you applied to and update your contact information. You will be asked to login using the user name and password you created during your first visit. Forgot Your Username and Password? After clicking on the “view application status” button below you will then select the Forgot User ID or Password link.

Internal Applicants

Associates can view their application status by following these steps:
Step 1: You must be logged into the myAscension portal. If you aren’t currently logged in on another tab in your browser, then you must log in. If you don’t know your user ID, follow the instructions on the page or use the link to reset your password.

Step 1 - Log in to the myAscension Portal

Step 2: After you are logged in to the myAscension portal step above, then click the button below to view your application status in the job application tool. (This link is the same link if you clicked “My Applications” in the top area of the job application tool.)
