The Adult Mental Health Inpatient Program at Ascension Seton Shoal Creek provides diagnostic and treatment services for individuals who are in acute crisis due to mental illness, emotional distress, or destructive behavior patterns, or for those experiencing difficult life transitions or problems coping with daily life. The program is designed to stabilize patients who require a more controlled environment for healing and growth, as well as facilitating the patient’s return to daily routines. Our team of experts, along with patients and their families, determines a treatment plan. The team includes an independent psychiatrist, a nurse, and a licensed social worker — all dedicated to patient health. After stabilization patients may choose from a variety of outpatient treatment programs to help them continue their healing. For more information on our adult inpatient programs, please call us at 512-324-2039 or contact us online.
