Dr. Samson Jesudass returned to Central Texas in July 2015 to co-lead formation of the Texas Regional Clinically Integrated System of Care and focus on the quality and experience of care and services by using evidence-based best practices to improve healthcare delivery.
Ray Anderson, PhD, MBA

Ray Anderson joined Seton Healthcare Family in August 2014 as senior vice president and chief strategy officer. He is responsible for Seton’s strategic planning and business development functions and accelerating the organization’s strategic goal of creating a comprehensive, clinically integrated system for delivering person-centered care to more than one million Central Texans.
Vice President, Ascension, and Human Resources Officer, Ascension Texas
Joe Canales joined Seton in December 2012 as interim vice president for Human Resources and permanently filled the position soon thereafter. He assumed his Texas ministry role in 2015. He is working on refining a new service model for the Human Resource function and has introduced a number of leader development initiatives, most notably Evidence Based Leadership.
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Seton Clinical Enterprise
Clay Carsner is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Seton Clinical Enterprise, which currently manages more than 700 physician practices throughout Seton Healthcare Family. In this role, he is responsible for financial management of the enterprise, along with business development and strategy.
Mike Dollen joined Seton in 2011 with more than 25 years of experience in consumer marketing and communications. He is responsible for Ascension’s Texas Ministry Communications and Marketing, which includes media relations, internal communications, brand marketing and digital strategy for Seton Healthcare Family in Austin and Providence Healthcare Network in Waco.

Jonathan Ford graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. Jonathan continued his studies at Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, where he graduated with a Master of Arts in Health Care Mission.

Scott Fuller joined Seton in 2006 as vice president and chief operating officer for Seton Highland Lakes Hospital and its health centers. He assumed his current role in 2015.

Greg Hartman is responsible for communications, marketing and government affairs. He has served as the President and CEO for Seton’s Central Group, which included Seton Medical Center Austin, the University Medical Center Brackenridge and the Clinical Education Center at Brackenridge.

Dr. Kristi Henderson, DNP, CFNP, CACNP, FAEN, nationally recognized for successfully increasing access to high-quality, low-cost healthcare for thousands of patients through virtual care models, was named the Ascension Texas Ministry’s Vice President of Innovation and Virtual Care in 2015.

Ryan Leslie, PhD, is vice president of Academics & Research at the Seton Healthcare Family. He oversees Seton’s academic and research enterprise operations and works closely with The University of Texas and Dell Medical School to align the institutions’ strategies to improve the delivery of health care and improve patient outcomes and experience.

Yvonne VanDyke, MSN, RN, is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the education, professional development, practice and research activities for more than 3,000 nurses employed by Seton.
Scott Herndon, MBA, CPA, FACHE
Scott Herndon, MBA, CPA, FACHE serves as chief financial officer of Ascension’s Texas market. He provides strategic financial counsel, oversees financial operations, and works to integrate financial operations between Seton Healthcare Family and Providence Healthcare Network.
David Martin, MD
David Martin, MD, is the chief medical officer for Ascension’s Texas market. He is responsible for optimizing the delivery of high-quality care with better patient and provider experiences at a lower overall cost of care. He also leads service line development and implementation across Ascension’s Texas market.
