Teen Volunteer Program

Teens who are 15-17 years of age by June 30 are invited to join the Teen Volunteer Program. Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis. All teen volunteers will be required to show proof of a current TB and flu shot, and a copy of the immunization record. The deadline for submission is April 1st. Teen volunteer opportunities during the summer months (June, July and August) include either clinical or non-clinical settings. Teen Volunteers are required to purchase a uniform, attend an orientation and serve where assigned for a minimum of 30 hours throughout the summer between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

To become a member of the Teen Volunteer Program, you must fill out the forms below and send them to the Seton Medical Center Volunteer Office, 1201 West 38th Street, Austin, TX 78705.
