imageRev. Gina Bethune - Director of Chaplain Services and Clinical Pastoral Education

Rev. Gina Bethune is endorsed and ordained by the American Baptist Churches, USA, and has been with Seton Healthcare Family since 2002. She is a Board Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains and CPE Supervisor through the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education.  Rev. Bethune holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University and Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Some of her favorite things are reading, travel, film, gardening, and decorating. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Seminary of the Southwest.

imagePenny Baker - Department Assistant Senior for Clinical Pastoral Education

Penny Baker joined the Seton Health Family in 2012. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and taught school for 13 years. She volunteers as a Stephen Minister in her Lutheran (ELCA) congregation. Some of Penny's favorite things include gardening, reading, and cooking.
 

imageRev. Ron Lovelace - Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor

Rev. Ron Lovelace is certified as a supervisor by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education and holds a Bachelor of Arts from King College and a Master of Theology and Doctorate of Ministry, both from Union Theological Seminary. He has been with Seton Healthcare Family since 2008. When he is not at work, Rev. Lovelace enjoys bicycling, reading, and travel.

Rev. Kenneth Ramsey is endorsed by the Alliance of Baptists and certified as a supervisor by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education. Rev. Ramsey has been with Seton Healthcare Family since 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity and Juris Doctorate from Emory University. Some of his favorite things are theater, movies and sports.

Rev. Lee Ann Rathbun is endorsed by the Baptist General Convention of Texas and joined Seton Healthcare Family in 2012. She is a Board Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains and is certified as a supervisor by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education. Rev. Rathbun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Baylor University and a Master in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Some of her favorite things are cooking, movies, traveling (and making travel plans) and being playful with her family and dog.
