The Network Chaplain Services Department is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. After hours and on Weekends, a Chaplain may be contacted through the telephone operator at each Seton hospital.

Chapel Locations
Seton Northwest
The chapel and office are located on the ground floor. Holy Mass is held in the chapel on weekdays at noon and on Sundays at 3:00 p.m.

The chapel is located on the lst Floor, close to the north entrance. Holy Mass is held in the chapel on weekdays at noon and on Sundays at 3:00 p.m.
Contact a Seton Board Certified Chaplain for any of the following:
- A complete spiritual assessment to determine the spiritual, emotional and psychological needs of the patient and family
- Excellent interpersonal skills for listening and counsel regarding a specific need or for information
- Special religious and cultural needs
- Sacramental ministry including anointing, baptism, communion, and reconciliation
- Prayer, scripture and blessings, rituals of a particular faith tradition
- Crisis Intervention, CPR/Code, Trauma
- Complex medical decision making causing fear, anxiety, confusion
- Understanding, sensitivity and counsel regarding interpersonal conflict
- Spiritual, emotional counsel and support regarding withholding or withdrawing of life-supports
- Patient/Physician/family conferences dealing with sensitive ethical issues
- Counsel/guidance regarding advance care planning and completion of Advance Directives
- Palliative Care and Hospice
- Grief support surrounding any personal loss, self-worth, self-image
- Grief support during dying and death
- Counsel regarding Funeral Information/planning
- Memorial Services
- Contacting the patient’s own clergy at their special request
- Providing hospital, community or church seminars on request
