The goal of the Bone & Joint Center is to provide streamlined quality care, patient education and support to the orthopedic patients and their families, specifically Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement patients.

- Pre-operative instruction designed to increase patient knowledge, decrease anxiety and prevent complications after surgery
- Bone & Joint Center Booklet designed to further educate and prepare the patient and family
- Daily follow-up during hospital stay designed to promote continuity of care
- Resource support designed to assist to all staff working with Bone & Joint patients and their families
- Post discharge follow-up designed to check patient status and get program feedback
