The Transitional Year is on a 13 - block schedule, beginning June 25 and ending June 24, in 4-week blocks.

Internal Medicine
10 weeks Medicine Ward and 2 weeks Medicine Clinic

Pediatrics
8 weeks Pediatric Wards

Surgery
8 weeks Surgery

Emergency Medicine
4 weeks

Neurology
2 weeks

Psychiatry
2 weeks

Electives (4)
Choose 4 electives, 4 weeks each:Anesthesia, Cardiology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Physical Medicine/ Rehabilitation, Oncology, Radiology, Sports Medicine and others of interest to the resident with approval of the Program Director
