Poster Details:

Poster presentations will be displayed on cork boards, provided by us.  Your poster can not be larger then 4’ X 8’ (typical sizes are approx. 4’ X 6’ in a horizontal format) in order to fit the specifications of the cork board.

All lettering should be legible from a distance of 5’ or 1.5m.  Font sizes that will work are: 66 point for the title, 54 point font for the authors and 32 point font for the body.   The presentation title should be at least 2 inches high, and beneath the title, the name of each author, and home institution.
Tip: You can find many companies online that have templates and will print research posters. The price will be much lower if you allow yourself a little extra time and are able to shop around, order online, and have the finished poster sent to you. We suggest an internet search such as, “research poster templates”, to get you started.
