Many of the patients in our programs have been trying individual therapy or medication, or self-help groups with little success. Our patients do not meet criteria for inpatient treatment but may be experiencing depression, anxiety, drug or alcohol abuse or other emotional problems that significantly impact their ability to carry out their usual activities.
- Groups take place four days per week, three hours per day, 20 sessions total.
- Groups are scheduled in the mornings and evenings Monday -Thursday at our central location and evenings Monday - Thursday in Hays and Williamson counties.
- We will work with you to find the most convenient location and time for you.
Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program
The Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to help individuals who do not require hospitalization, but can benefit from participation in a structured therapeutic environment. This strategy addresses mental and emotional health needs and provides a supportive and caring environment.
Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is designed to help adults who struggle with regulating their emotional responses and often act on impulsive behaviors. DBT also assumes that people who suffer intense emotional discomfort frequently engage in self-destructive and avoidance behaviors.
Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program is specifically designed to treat alcohol and chemical dependency based on a 12-step model.
Adult Dual Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program
The Dual Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to serve the adult population experiencing a psychiatric disorder that is co-occurring with a substance abuse/chemical dependency problem.
Generations (for Senior Adults)
The Senior Adult Generations Outpatient Program addresses emotional problems that decrease the patient's ability to cope with the natural aging process. These difficulties can contribute to depression and other health issues relating to physical decline, loss of independence and safety concerns.
EPOCH (for Young Adults)
The EPOCH Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for patients who are 18 to 24 years old who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, mental illness or emotional problems which significantly impact their ability to carry out their daily life and may be putting themselves or others at risk for harm.
