We’re ready for your special deliveries.

Every feature of the Women’s Center has been designed to deliver a comforting and caring experience:  easy access through a convenient, separate entrance; convenient, close-in parking and clear signage; a warm greeting and helpful instruction immediately upon entering. Our specialized Women’s Services include maternity services, a Level II neonatal nursery, minimally invasive gynecological surgery, preventive mammograms and more.

MATERNITY UNIT CAPACITY

  • 8 labor and delivery rooms
  • 16 post-partum rooms
  • 8 Level II NICU bed
  • 2 C-section surgery rooms

LABOR AND DELIVERY

The Labor and Delivery nurses at Seton Medical Center Williamson have an average of 15 years experience in women’s health. We have the technology and experience to provide exceptional patient care for mothers and babies to facilitate a satisfying birthing experience.

MOTHER/BABY

The Mother/Baby Unit offers family centered rooms, high-tech infant security system and a certified educator of infant massage. We also provide ante-partum services for monitoring mothers in preterm labor. There are two private lactation rooms for our breastfeeding mothers.

LEVEL II NICU

As part of the Seton Family of Hospitals Neonatal Program, Seton Medical Center Williamson provides Level II NICU services and if necessary, access to one of Seton’s top-notch Level III NICU care available at University Medical Center Brackenridge, Seton Medical Center Austin and Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. Our eight-bed unit also includes four private rooms with sleeping accommodations for the family. Rooming-in accommodations are also available for the infant’s and family’s transition to home.  All of our NICU nurses are from Seton Medical Center Austin’s Level III NICU program.

  • Fresh-to-order meals delivered through Room Service.
  • Interactive television in Mother/Baby rooms – patient education videos, surveys, Internet, movie rentals, housekeeping requests are at your patients’ fingertips through their TV monitor.
