Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. We understand how important family and friends are to the healing process. We ask that the number of visitors in one patient room is limited to no more than two. This helps keep the environment quiet for all patients. Additional family and friends are encouraged to remain in the larger family rooms on each floor.

Seton League House

The Seton League House is a lodging facility near Seton Medical Center Austin, providing families a nearby place to stay while loved ones are hospitalized. Seton League House offers overnight accommodations at reduced rates. For more information, call (512) 324-1999.

Dining

A deli is available at the Great Habits Gift Shop and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Snacks are available in the Gift Shop after the deli closes and on weekends.

The Cafeteria is located on the first floor and is open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; dinner is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Breakfast is served only on Saturday and Sunday from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. Vending machines are located on the first floor in the Emergency Department and are available 24 hours a day for your convenience.

The Coffee Corner, run by Seton Northwest volunteers, offers coffee and other beverages, pastries and an array of snacks. It is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is located in the main lobby on the first floor of the hospital.

Gift Shops

Great Habits Gifts and Deli is located on the first floor of the Health Plaza connected to Seton Northwest. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday hours vary throughout the year. Great Habits offers many unique gifts and everyday items for patients and visitors alike. Flowers and other items can be ordered and delivered to a patient's room by calling (512) 324-6053. The gift shop also offers grab-and-go deli sandwiches, salads, drinks and coffee.

Little Miracles Baby Boutique

Onesies, binkies and booties – you can find these and much more at the Little Miracles Baby Boutique located in the Health Plaza. The boutique is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Smoke-Free Campus

Seton Northwest is now a smoke-free campus. While smoking is already prohibited within Seton facilities, the new policy will include any surrounding and adjacent grounds as well as parking areas.
