Maternity Registration
Labor and Delivery registration is located on the hospitals second floor. To pre-register for a delivery, please fill out the form given to you by your physician and return it to the Emergency Department at Seton Northwest or call (512) 324-6963.
Pre-Operative Testing Registration
If you have not received a Pre-Admission Testing appointment, please call the pre-operative scheduling department 3 days before your surgery at (512) 324-6163, or (512) 324-6162.
