FitnessREADY, SET… ignite!

The Ignite Women’s Health Program is a great opportunity to challenge your body, rejuvenate your spirit, and ignite your mind. You’ll receive guidance from experienced fitness experts along with planned work-out sessions alongside motivated women.

Some of our offerings are seasonal- you will find us in triathlon training in the spring, bike training in the fall and 5k/half-marathon training through the winter months.

Our Self- Defense classes at Seton Williamson are created upon request, but our Self-Defense classes at the CEC are on-going and year round! Click here to Register for any of our fitness offerings!
