Dr. Gigliotti is board certified in Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology. He attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA and completed his internal medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. He then completed two fellowships - one in Cardiology and one in Interventional Cardiology, both from the University of Florida in Jacksonville, where he was Chief Cardiology Fellow. Dr. Gigliotti is currently the co-director of the Seton Heart Institute Research Program. He has been the principle investigator on multiple clinical trials, and has been published in several peer review journals.
