International. Founded 1988. Support and information for the families with children born with anorectal, colorectal or urogenital disorder and any of the associated diagnoses. Disorders include, but are not limited to cloaca, bladder exstrophy, imperforate anus, VACTERL/VATER association, anal stenosis, cloacal exstrophy and Hirschsprung's Disease. Maintains a database for member networking. Quarterly magazine, online discussion group, weekly chat for members, phone support and literature. Dues $30/year - free membership available upon request.
