Dr. Wilson graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and was awarded the Margaret Jane McKinney Lewis Fellowship in Microbiology as an undergraduate. After graduating from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, he completed residencies in neurological surgery at the University of Utah and in pediatric neurological surgery at the Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Austin and a diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Wilson is currently the Chief of Stereotactic Radiosurgery for the Seton Brain & Spine Institute and treats patients at Austin CyberKnife, a department of University Medical Center Brackenridge.

Dr. Wilson brings a unique perspective to stereotactic radiosurgery with his combined training in adult and pediatric neurological surgery and more than 30 years of experience. He also treats patients at Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas. His other interests include clinical research, health information technology, and neurosurgical education.

Dr. Wilson provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, stereotactic radiosurgical procedures and follow-up for select diseases of the nervous system.
