Rita Tsai, MD

Bio

Rita Tsai, MD, joined the University of Texas Physicians practice in summer 2009. She completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, before pursuing her medical degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

A transplant from the Chicago area, Dr. Tsai is excited to be living and working in Austin. She enjoys traveling in her free time, even working as a medical volunteer in Kenya during her residency training.
