Faculty Member—Austin Medical Education Programs
Jason Shen, M.D., is the director of the Brain and Spine Center’s Epilepsy Program. He completed his Neurology residency and neurophysiology fellowship training at the University of Utah Hospital. He is a board certified Neurologist with added qualification in clinical neurophysiology. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society, and the American Clinical Neuro-physiology Society.
Dr. Shen is new to Austin, but says he feels right at home in this quiet university community. Dr. Shen is married with a son. When he’s not spending time with his family or seeing patients, Dr. Shen enjoys getting outside for a jog.
