Dr. Scharnberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and he attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Scharnberg completed his pediatric residency and neonatal fellowship training from Baylor College of Medicine, completed in 1980. Dr. Scharnberg completed his MBA from the University of Texas in 2001....
