Dr. Gary Rylander is Board Certified in General Opthalmology with special training in anterior segment problems of the eye. His training includes a BS of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Masters of Science in Engineering from the Univ. of TX at Austin; and medical school at the Univ. of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston; Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston; Residency in Opthamology at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio; Fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at Pacific Medical Center, San Francisco, California.Memberships/Societies: American Academy of Opthalmology, AMA, TX Opthalmology Assn., TMA, Travis County Medical Society, TX Medical Foundation (Advisor), Corneal Consultant, Lions Eye Bank, and Alpha Omega Alph
