Dr. Rutter attended the University of Texas Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, Houston, graduating with her MD in 1999. She comes to AMEP from her residency at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Rutter will serve on the AMEP faculty in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
