Ankur R. Rana, MD

Bio

Dr. Rana grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He completed a BS/MD program through University of Akron and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He then completed his general surgery residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, followed by a surgical critical care fellowship at University of Michigan.

Dr. Rana spent one year at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio participating in an adolescent bariatric lap band surgery program. His pediatric surgery fellowship was completed at Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York Northshore LIJ Health System.  He is board certified in General Surgery.
