Joe T. Powell, M.D., P.A., is board certified and has been in practice for 27 years. His specific areas of interest include pain management, sports and occupational medicine, and BMG/nerve studies. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch, followed by an internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine.Dr. Powell is a member of several professional organizations including the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine and the North American Spine Society. He is married, has two sons, and enjoys music, reading, exercise, and meditation in his spare time.
