Larry Ewing Phillips, M.D., has been in practice for 21 years. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, followed by his internship and residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Southwestern, in Dallas.Dr. Phillips is a member of several professional organizations including the American Medical Association and the Texas Urological Association. Office hours are M-F, 9a.m.-5p.m. All major credit cards are accepted.
