Dr. Moritz received his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed his residency at Herman Hospital, also in Houston. He received a Fellowship from University Hospitals-Case Western Reserve, Cleveland, Ohio. He is a former Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and the Case-Western Reserve School of Medicine....
