Dr. McIntyre received his Medical Degree in 1975 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Following graduation, he attended Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas for his internship and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology, completing that program in 1979. He has been in private practice of obstetrics and gynecology in Austin since that time. Dr. McIntyre is a certified specialist in the health care of women and is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.Dr. McIntyre's practice is limited to the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology which is the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of women's health problems, including obstetrics and gynecology surgery.
