Randall Kirtley, MD has been in private practice in Lockhart, Texas since 1989. Dr. Kirtley is a native Texan originally from Mesquite, Texas.
He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Kirkley is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine.
