Bio
Dr. Frank received his Bachelor degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1969 and went on to the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he received his M.D. in 1973. He completed his Internship and first year of Residency at St. Louis Children's Hospital from 1973-1975. He completed his second year in Pediatric Residency from 1975-1976 and a Pediatric Fellowship from 1976-1978. He has practiced in Austin since 1978. He is fluent in Spanish. He has a special interest in children's respiratory ailments and is the director of the Austin Cystic Fibrosis Clinic....
