Bio
Kenneth A. Fox, M.D. grew up in Austin, Texas. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He completed his residency in General Surgery, as well as a NIH research fellowship, at the University of Arizona in Tucson and completed his residency in Thoracic Surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Fox went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric cardiovascular surgery at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He joined Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons in July 2001.
Dr. Fox is the first full-time Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Central Texas. He is an Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Candidate Member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
He is an active member of the American Medical Association, the John Alexander Society, the Texas Medical Association and the Travis County Medical Society.
