Bio
Dr. Foster graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and received his MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Foster completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. He completed Fellowship training at the University of Minnesota in Hand and Micro-vascular Surgery.Dr. Foster is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He specializes in complex hand reconstruction surgery, sports injuries, total joint replacement, and orthopedic trauma treatment. He is a member of all area hospital staffs, the Texas Orthopaedic Association, and the Texas Society of Sports Medicine.
